Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
We bring all necessary eco-friendly supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product you'd prefer we use, just let us know and leave it on the counter.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Many of our clients provide a key or entry code. We'll secure your home when finished. If you're home, we'll work around you with minimal disruption.
How long will the cleaning session take?
A standard clean usually takes 2-4 hours, while deep cleans can take 4-8 hours depending on home size and condition. We ensure quality over speed.
What is your policy on tipping?
